Diana Nelson

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER


Diana Nelson is the Global Advocacy Director at Days for Girls International. Her main focus is on developing policy environments that support women, girls, and people who menstruate with the education and products they need to manage their periods, including establishing washable standards and comprehensive menstrual health education initiatives. In addition, Diana leads DO's strategic advocacy efforts at the country level, building capacity and creating tools and resources tailored to local needs in multiple countries. Diana holds a Master’s in Teaching English as a Second Language and a bachelor's degree in Communication and a minor in Sociology, both from Brigham Young University. She is currently based in Washington, DC.
