Join us for a hands-on service project in honor of National Child Abuse Prevention Month!
The Policy Project is continuing its work to implement Senate Bill 205, expanding child sexual abuse prevention education in elementary schools across Utah. And this April, we’re teaming up with Family Haven—a nonprofit dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse—to ensure children and families experiencing abuse have a safe place to turn.
This is a family-friendly service project, and we’d love for you to bring everyone along! There’s something for all ages to get involved in:
Restore the Vinyl Fence – Help cover hail-damaged areas with vinyl stickers.
Clean Therapy Playrooms – Sanitize and organize play spaces to create a safe, welcoming environment for children.
Refresh the Playground – Refill the Crisis Respite Nursery playground with wood chips. Bring a wheelbarrow or bucket if you can!
Plant Flowers – Add a pop of color to the entrance with a small planting project.
Donation Drive for Lehi Facility – Bring much-needed toys, food, and office supplies to help launch Family Haven’s new location. Stay tuned for the donation list!
This is a great way to give back, have fun, and make a difference together. Sign up today and help us build a stronger, safer community!
